Back in Maine for the Summer!

Hard to believe that summer is here already and we find ourselves back up in Maine. For those of you who don't know, we annually move our base of operations to Maine for the months of June to October. We do this for several reasons... first the work coming to Florida slows down as the weather gets warm everywhere else, and second, what better place to be in the summer than New England? Sure beats the heat and humidity of FL summers.

We are close to the airports in Portland or Bangor so we can fly out easily as work comes up. But mostly we try to work in and around our homebase here in Belgrade Lakes, whenever possible. Nothing beats being able to work and live in places that you love and we really love it here.

I make sure to recharge the batteries and get out and explore as much as possible. Whenever we are not working, I try to get out and shoot personal work just to flex the artistic muscles a bit. Be sure to check in from time to time and see what we are up to.

Tug Boat Restaurant

Found this cool restaurant in Boothbay Harbor on the coast of Maine.   They've incorporated an old tug boat into the design of the building.
